Katchakine brûle ses dernières cartouches. Sous la fureur des idoles, où mûrit la folie du siècle, elle entre dans la nuit comme un couteau dans la chair et déchire le silence dans un cri de panthère.

C’est aux entrailles de sa langue natale qu’elle arrache ses images.

Suivie d’une armée de fantômes ( Serge Gainsbourg, Kas product, Bauhaus, David Bowie, George Bataille, Dante, Artaud, Baudelaire ) et d’autres inconnus, elle invite a danser dans les mondes perdus.

En 2000, elle rencontre les samples, le rap, Dostoïevski et les synthés.

En 2016 elle compose et écrit « RACAR ». Un EP dont les tempos rapides et les couleurs criardes explosent sur un fond aussi noir qu’un gouffre sans fond.

Il s’agit de tuer le silence assourdissant d’une époque à l’agonie, et de danser gaiement sur les braises fumantes de son propre spectacle.

RACAR c’est surtout un live. Seule avec ses deux synthés,
Katchakine enflamme et incite à un délire général. Une ode
Dionysiaque. Une ivresse de vivre , une extase et un effroi.

Katchakine fires her last round of ammunition. Under the fury of the idols, where the madness of the century ripens, she enters the night like a knife in the flesh and tears up the silence with a panther’s howl.

It is from the bowels of her native language that she rips out her images.

Followed by an army of ghosts (Serge Gainsbourg, Kas product, Bauhaus, David Bowie, George Bataille, Dante, Artaud, Baudelaire) and unknown strangers, she invites us to dance in lost worlds.

In 2000, she encounters samples, rap, Dostoyevsky and synthesizers.

In 2016, she composes and writes “RACAR”, an EP whose fast tempos and garish colours explode on a background as black as a bottomless abyss. It’s about killing the deafening silence of a dying era and to cheerfully dance on the smoldering embers of her own show.

RACAR is above all a live. Alone with her two synthesizers, Katchakine ignites and incites a general delirium. A Dionysian ode. A sheer exhilaration of life, an ecstasy and a sense of dread.
